Dynamic Property Pricing
All property rates on Giraffe Hospitality (including The Sundowner Bungalow) are priced strictly on a per-day basis (e.g. ₹75,000 per day). The total property amount is calculated dynamically using the formula:
Property prices do not include flat-rate fixed totals regardless of stay length; changing dates will automatically recalculate total amounts in real time.
Payment Structures & Flows
We provide two transparent payment structures:
A. Standard Full Payment (No Promo)
Guest pays 100% Total Property Amount + ₹5,000 Refundable Security Deposit online at booking. Remaining check-in counter balance is ₹0.
B. Promo Code Flow (10% Booking Deposit)
Upon entering a valid promotional code, the guest pays 10% Non-Refundable Booking Amount + ₹5,000 Refundable Security Deposit online. The remaining 90% property balance is payable at check-in counter.
Refundable Security Deposit (₹5,000)
A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is collected for every reservation to cover incidental damages, unauthorized late checkouts, or severe policy violations. This deposit is held securely and refunded to the guest’s original payment method upon satisfactory property inspection at check-out.
Check-in, Check-out & House Rules
- Check-in Time: 2:00 PM onwards. Early check-in is subject to prior availability and concierge approval.
- Check-out Time: 11:00 AM. Late check-outs exceeding 1 hour without prior notice may incur penalty deductions from the security deposit.
- Government ID: Valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID) is mandatory for all adult guests at check-in.
- Maximum Occupancy: The guest agrees not to exceed the maximum registered capacity of the estate without prior host authorization.
